24racetan Terms: The Rulebook Without the Padding
Below is a summary of the operator's own terms, published as Version 1.2 and last revised in September 2017. Where this summary and the original disagree, the original wins.

1. Acceptance of Terms
Registering binds you, and so does every transaction afterwards. The company signs itself racetan.COM and reserves the right to rewrite these rules whenever it chooses, with no warning given. Personal data falls under a separate document, the Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
Twenty-one is the minimum age, not eighteen. A credit check may run at application, documents may be demanded later, and the account is suspended while the question is open. Applicants from the USA, France, the Netherlands and the Dutch Caribbean islands are refused, and access from anywhere else can be withdrawn at any time. The operator may decline to open an account, or close an existing one without explanation, returning the balance minus payout costs.
3. Your Account
- A single deposit account per person, opened with details that are accurate and stay current.
- Login credentials and security answers are yours to guard, as are the bets placed with them.
- Acting for someone else, depositing criminal money, or using another person's card are all forbidden.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
Minimum deposits: 35 GBP by credit or debit card, 35 GBP by Moneybookers wallet, 50 GBP by bank transfer. Daily maximums: 3000 GBP by card, 10000 GBP by Moneybookers or bank, or the equivalent in another currency. The account currency is chosen at sign-up and frozen by the first deposit, and no interest is paid on any balance. Withdrawals require bets equal to the deposit to have been placed and settled, with odds under 1.20 excluded from the count. Payments go out by bank transfer or Moneybookers.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
The rules define no standing welcome offer. When a promotion appears, it carries conditions of its own and those govern it, sitting beside these terms rather than within them. The Offers page describes the usual mechanics without claiming any specific deal is live.
6. Betting and Game Rules
Stakes begin at 0.50 EUR or 0.50 USD. Bets above 100 EUR or 100 USD may be declined unless requested by telephone and authorised by email, a code being issued for each. Credit betting is not permitted, bets are accepted online only, and markets close at the start of an event or when the operator shuts them in play. Quoted odds are indicative: only the price at acceptance counts, and plain transcription errors can be voided even afterwards. Selections that influence one another may not share a multiple. Winnings are untaxed, and every clock on the site runs on UK time.
7. Responsible Gaming
Stake, deposit, loss and time limits are all available through customer support, and the account can be suspended for a period or permanently on request. The Responsible Gaming page explains what to send.
8. Prohibited Conduct
Bets from customers working together as a syndicate can be voided, along with repeat bets placed to dodge stake or payout ceilings. Where an event carries signs of fixing, or inside knowledge appears to be involved, winnings can be frozen or withheld entirely.
9. Limitation of Liability
The service comes as it is. The operator states it cannot monitor the law in every country, that knowing the rules where you live is your responsibility, and that it accepts none for gambling that happens where it is illegal. Disagreements over how a bet was settled follow the IBAS arbitration path named in the rules.
10. Changes to These Terms
Changes may be made at any moment and without notice, and continued use signals acceptance of whichever version is current at the time.
11. Contact
